Hi Guys :). I'm a 32 year old man, and I am very physically active, I'm a pro wrestler, I practice Krav Maga, I workout regularly at the gym, I have a very active sex life and I usually only have one day out of the week when I'm not exercising, most days I workout from 3-4 hours, sometimes 5-6.
I've been having a chronic sinus issue where I am always mucus prone for about a year. It pools up in my chest while I sleep and it comes up dark green when i cough it up in the morning. Recently it got so bad that it came up in an almost solid chunk so I finally decided to see a doctor. He read my Blood Pressure at 150/70.
Basically his theory is that I am over-adrenalized from all the activity I do, and my heart has been in a state of exhaustion which is what caused this issue to persist. Is there any truth to this?
