Hey y'all!

Sorry I haven't posted much lately.  School started for teachers last Wed and I've been sooooo busy since then.  open House was today...got home at 8pm!!  I'm almost falling asleep writing this.  :D

I've been doing fairly well since my last ablation.  I'm crossing my fingers and hoping this one worked.

I have had some post procedure problems...very, very breathless...chest pain...and very dizzy.  It all comes and goes.  Sunday, it came and stuck around for hours...made it a looooong day!  I'm still having some problems with the new arrhythmia that showed up on the holter monitor...I can tell it's happening bc of how I feel...It starts and it's like all my engery was sucked out of me...it gets hard to stand and stuff like that.  That doesn't happen very often thank goodness!

I've been told to expect the post procedure stuff for about a month.  The arrhythmia will come and go but should stop on its own when the swelling is gone in my heart.  I apparently had a bunch of swelling...guess you zap someone's heart fifteen times over the course of three procedures, there's some swelling.  tongue

Overall, I feel pretty good!  I still have my bad days and every once in a while, I end up in a tachy rhythm...though only up to the 130's instead of the 170's!  Yay!!!  I'm very happy.  :-)

Hi Everyone!

I received some info from Lil today that she wasn't feeling too well and as a matter of fact was in a great deal of pain - her Dr. sent her to the ER thinking it might have been appendicitis, however they determined, it was probably something else, perhaps viral.  So she is at home right now, and I truly hope you are resting, Lil!!  This lil gal is very special to me and I've followed her for the past almost year now through thick and thin and she has had more than her fair share to deal with of late.  When I last spoke to her she was still in a great amount of pain and just told me to please ask for your prayers and positive thoughts.

You've got that, smurf ((((Lil))))  smurf My personal best wishes, prayers and many positive thoughts - Please get better soon - We need you!

Love and Hugs, Teri tongue

Sorry I posted this so late...

Hey all,

I'm feeling much better today.  Who knows just what's going on with me...I seem to end up with the strangest things happening!

I didn't sleep well Tue night and when i finally got out of bed, I was having horrible stomach and abdominal pain.  I finally called the doc in the afternoon.  He thought it could be my appendix or ovarian cysts.  Had to have a CT scan at the hospital asap.  The CT scan was fine though so it's just taking some meds and seeing how that goes.

I am feeling better...I can stand up straight today.  Today was the first day of school with the kids.  It was awesome!  I think I've got a pretty good class so far.  :-)

Thanks for the prayers and, if you could, please continue them for me.  It's gonna be a very stressful next couple weeks especially with me feeling under the weather.  I'm gonna go eat and take my pills...starting to hurt again.

I'm so sorry your having new health problems Lil and hope and pray that is just a virus and will go away and stay away! I also pray that these new arrythmias go away as your heart heals more. Remember, it took 4 months for my heart to heal after my ablation so hang in there and at least your heart rate is staying lower than it was! Yippie! Hugs, Pat

Thanks, Pat, it's always great to hear from someone who's been there already! yeah How have you been doing?!  Did your ablation do the trick for you?  I sure hope so!

Lil, I hope you feel well soon and am so glad you were able to make it to school on your first day!

Hugs, Teri tongue
