I have been recovered in urgencies for pain on the chest expanding toward the left arm and with a pulsing pain increasing when at full breath in.
the EKG shows abnormal result on V1, V2 and aVL with an important delay of the right ventricular conduction.

Sys/ Dia : 129/72
RPC was at 13mg/l
CPK 90 UI/l
Troponine "Negative"

Doctors in urgency sent me home with a double diagnosis of =
chest pain caused by internal muscles contraction and the EKG due to a possible genetic condition (Brugada).

I never had this kind of pain before and never suffered any sickness due to heart condition.

I am now awaiting a specialistic visit.
below the EKG Result.
do you have any opinion or advise?

thanks for your advise

Welcome to the forum,

My advise is to try not to worry. You mentioned possible genetic condition. I have had EKGs that have suggested right bundle branch block and I had a pre E.P. study test that determined I tested positive for "late potentials". However, the E.P. study ended up negative. Initial exams EKGs don't always spell out ( for my lack of a better way of putting it). I have had 2 EKGs on the same afternoon once, and they spelled out different findings. You might want to get a second opinion or get the most out of your specialist visit. I would go over all of the EKG findings. Make the Doc take some time with you. I don't think you mentioned your age, but best of luck to you.

PVCT thanks for your comment I am 36yo. did you already share your ekg results in a forum?

on the last 5 days the pain was diminishing up to yesterday when i felt almost no pain through out the day.
this morning, while still under treatment for internal muscle contraction, the pain came back in intensity.

I feel pain at every single heart pulsation and the pain is extending to the left arm again.
it is like my heart is behaving in 2 different ways from yesterday to this morning, would be interesting to see if there is a correspondance between pain and EKG readings. My guess would be that yesterday while feeling no pain my right ventricule was behaving "normally".

This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks I feel this kind of pain all of a sudden, without evident external trigger.
the first EKG was taken when the pain was feeding out and the V2 value was more active when compared to the one posted above which was taken 4 days after during an intense pain attack. this latter one has a V2 reading mainly on the positive value of the line.

I will meet the specialist today and hope he can point out to a proper diagnostic path.
