to satisfy that mexican food craving: go for whole-wheat tortillas, there are
several brands of no-fat refrieds out there, actually taco bells are really
good, grill a little chicken, if you can afford the cheese put a little sprinkle on.
i make my own tortilla chips with the tortillas, and eat salsa.
or i make quesadillas out of the things i listed above.
there are LOTS of ways to get around that low triglyceride regimen.
