This has been going on for 2 months now. The first time I experiences a heart attack like I called 911 immediately. Paradics came and checked me out. My legs were Whaley I was breathing fast and chest felt crunched out. I thought I was having a heart attack. Emts check me out and they asked questions do the creditkarma and I'm completely fine. They said that it's not a heart attack simply an Anxiety Attack. So I looked up the symptoms and yes I did work a lot no I didn't excersise as much and I did stress out a lot. Now I do excersise here and there dont stress a lot about work and I try to get rest. Now about a week or so after my paramedic incident I had another one in my job. So I go insurgent care I see a doctor he checks me out does the cardio gram and he says I'm imperfectly fine. He just prescribe me lorazapam. Now he said to only take it here and there when I feel it's jeeded. So I've taking it maybe 6times in the past 2 months . now now about 1 after the incident I had another attack and I got scared so I went to ER. I told them my heart hurts and my left side I couldn't feel it. Again they took blood pressure did cardio gram and this time I saw another doctor and they took xrays. They said I was complete fine. But my thing is why does my left arm and the bottom of my chest to my left hurt here and thee. Is it because I'm not breathing right or ight have a pinched nerve???? I know my left arm feels tingly and hurts sometimes and when I squeeze the muscle to were the arteries is it makes my bottom left chest hurt a bit. Now I also wake up with my heart racing and stuff. I'm if I have a heard disorder or anxiety

could be anxiety, pinched nerve, a lot of things. get checked out completely by a Cardiologist. Anxiety plays a heavy part of being 'out of sorts' with hypertension (I should know), palpitations etc.
Mental anguish is a very heavy thing to carry around. For your peace of mind, I would get checked out, and possibly some meds for your anxiety.
