do any of you take magnesium for pvcs? if so, what kind and how much?

i was taking magox 400 mg plus 50 mg in my multi-vitamin but changed to citrate 250 and notice more palps. also having hormonal issues too (i'm 45). but still, they were working and i switched to what i thought was better and more absorbable and i get more. go figure! says i can take 2 a day but i wonder if 550 mg is too much. my cardiologist said 400 is a good number to go with. hmmmm

hello hazelnut, I do take magnesium, I am taking magnesium citrate. Do you think Citrate is worse than oxide?? I have been singing praise of the citrate version, but TBH I have not given the oxide version a fair shot. Curious on your thoughts as to which is better. I use Mg for my UC, not the PVCs, but it has helped tremendously, given I was Mg deficient for many years.
