I have been having a problem with my heart rate for a couple of years. Ive had tests and nothing is wrong but it has recently gotten worse to the point that I cant really sleep because my heart is just pounding when I go to bed. At times it also feels quick but even at a normal 60bpm it still feels so strong that I cant really fall asleep easy.

It seems worse after eating and also lying down. I try to stay hydrated as that also seems to affect it but if I drink too much I get heartburn so its difficult.

Does anyone have any experience of this and suggestions? My dr gave me some beta blockers which help a bit but not great and I dont really like to take them
