Did you know that Exercising is still one of the best things that you can do for your heart?!

Whether it be biking, using your treadmill, swimming...it keeps your heart healthy and in shape!

Oh man, is this a sore point! LOL. I need to get to the gym more than 1-2 imes a week, and I haven't been. I did make a commitment and have not kept to it very well, have I? I hate exercise, BUT once I get into doing the exercise, I feel so much better, I'm glad I'm there. I use a machine where I sit and move my feet and my arms. I can increase the pressure (okay that's not the right word for it, but you know.........resistance, that's it!! lol) and can increase the watts etc. by how fast you go. I then do some strength training, so I do both cardio and weights.

i go to a cardiac rehab program 3 times a week (well, i TRY to make it there 3 times a week!).
it's supervised treadmill walking, biking, etc. i hate it! i would rather be outdoors, when possible.
but it's still so blasted hot here can't do that yet. and i 'spose it's better to be under supervision,
at this point. i'm not a fan of exercise, but i do enjoy nice, long walks in the park. i love to swim,
but don't have access much to a pool.

i'd be interested in hearing what everyone else does, and how faithfully!

I mainly walk..Sometimes if the weathers bad I`ll ride my exercise bike...In additiona I do some stretching, twisting exercises..My job requires a lot of lifting heavy stuff so I get a bit of exercise that way...Believe it or not about 15 years ago I was huge and worked out with weights powerlifting 5 nights a week..I could bench press 300 pounds
