I'm sorry you have to deal with it too!! It's hard to not be scared/worried! Even though they're not dangerous, and keeping myself busy is the only way I don't notice mine, or if I do I'm just too busy doing whatever it is I'm doing. I'm watching my carbs also due to my sugar, and drinking alot of water and I've noticed since changing my diet, they're not as frequent, and I'm also keeping a "journal" now, of how I felt that day, how bad they were, etc. It seems to be helping, so does being on this forum almost everyday! Helps relieve some stress and worry and anxiety about being alone and everything!
