I didn't get any palpitations yesterday until about midnight, when my anxiety got bad for no reason at all. Now today, I'm getting them kind of frequently. I'll go days where I have none, days where I have a few, and days where I swear they're almost 1 a minute. Does anyone else go through this? I'm sure I probably some I can't feel, but I tend to feel them. So maybe the days I can't feel them, they're actually still happening? I had a echocardiogram and 24 hour Holter monitor. All came back good. So I try not to stress about them. I'm just curious if anyone else goes through this.

Thanks.

YES!!! I do- and have been going through a nasty bout again the past couple of weeks- how can these tests come back "fine", when these are going on? Have you ever been able to find anything that helps alleviate these?

I'm sorry you have to deal with it too!! It's hard to not be scared/worried! Even though they're not dangerous, and keeping myself busy is the only way I don't notice mine, or if I do I'm just too busy doing whatever it is I'm doing. I'm watching my carbs also due to my sugar, and drinking alot of water and I've noticed since changing my diet, they're not as frequent, and I'm also keeping a "journal" now, of how I felt that day, how bad they were, etc. It seems to be helping, so does being on this forum almost everyday! Helps relieve some stress and worry and anxiety about being alone and everything!
