racing heart after eating

Hi I'm 24 year old female and for the past year on and off in the morning after I eat somethin I suddenly get dizzy lightheaded with a racing heart then bout minute later I get urge to go # 2 (poop) which I always can seems to provide some relief my family says it's anxiety but I'm not so sure it real scared stops in my tracks feels like I'm about to pass out I suffer from panic attack so this is very frightening for me it only happens in the morning so I avoided eating at all till lunch which sucks I need my energy I have a 6 months old daughter I also feel like I'm Goin to pass out and can't feel my breathing like u do durign a panic attack I also have chest pain with this once I calm myself down symptom start to subside has anyone ever felt anythin like this I'm scared somethin wrong with my heart but anyone I tlak to thinks I don't need to be worried bout my heart a this is age please anyone with any thought or similar symptoms I would appreciate your input thank u

Oh yes also forgot to mention only medication I am on is methadone if keep wondering if this is contributing to the symtpoms as I take it in thr mornin n this always happens with 3 hours of taking the methadone it is no a high dose either but I would still like to lower it I dred taking it and eating breakfast now

I get the same way, besides the chest pain, when I have panic attacks. Even the #2, I think it's nerves when that happens. I'm not on that medicine, so I can't say anything about that. I know that's not much help, if you need to talk however, I can kind of relate.
