I'd like to say that I've changed my lifestyle and kept at it, but I'm really struggling. I have had 3 excellent weeks with my food plan, but not with my exercise. I need to do far better in that area. I've kept my blood sugars down really well for the most part. I'm on a 1400 calorie diet with less than 30% fat (I try to keep it about
25), 11-12 carb exchanges a day, and keeping my sodium down. One of the best things I ever dif for myself was go to cardiac rehab. If anyone is given the go ahead by their cardiologist, I'd highly recommend it.
