I am a 36 year old active male, 6 foot 5 and about 215 lbs. I have a low heart rate and every now and then when I'm exercising or doing something active I get a weird feeling in my heart and then i get lightheaded and start yawing like crazy. I haven't passed out but when I stand up during these phases my eyes go black for a couple seconds and returns to normal. I saw a cardiologist and did a stress test and echo. The doctor said he would call me with the results. The office called me today and said that the doctor wants to see me to go over the results. so naturally I start freaking out and panicking. I called back and asked if I can exercise. The doctor told the medical assistant to tell me that I can exercise and resume normal activities. My appointment to get my results are until june 17th. That is 12 days away.

Is this something I should be concerned with?

hi and welcome. could be a few things happening. i am no cardiologist. i do see one, but he is refusing to get back to me, anyway, if you have been given the okay to resume exercise, then i would not feel it is anything too major. no dr. google for you. nor me. due to anxiety and panic episodes i put a stop to that because i thought i had everything!!! a week or so to wait. post in and let us know how it goes.
