stop the google. your working yourself up. slow deep breaths. in through the nose, hold 5 seconds, and slowly exhale right to the end of the breath. i do it to a count of ten. repeat. hey you have health anxiety, and not stupidly!!! need to acquire and use coping skills. music, meditation, yoga, stretching. i walk. use a mantra. i am fine, this is just a panic attack, it will pass, and they do. keep strong.
