Hello, Teri. If you had asked me this question about
3 weeks ago I would have gone with "Yes. I try to eat healthy, but I cheat some." I've been trying like the ****ens to eat healthy, though, and have not been eating at restaurants very often. In fact, I'm out of food right now and thinking I have to get to Meijer's to get some groceries, because I do so well when I can cook my own meals. I guess you could say I know I will cheat some in the future. However, for right now I know I have to lose weight and get healthy and feel I can make good choices while enjoying my food. I keep talking about
the Mongolian bbq in our town, lol. But it was the first time we'd been there in over 3 weeks and it's a healthy meal, or can be. The vegetables are still pretty crisp.I don't use any oils, load up on vegetables and have seafood or chicken with it. I do add a little soy sauce and garlic to it. The I allow myself one crab rangoon and one meat dumpling.
