Hi,
I'm 25 years Old, I'm doing sales job. I use to travel 100 kms on avg daily on my two wheeler. One fine morning that is last week I have got Severe Pain on Left side i.e., at Chest, I'm unable to breathe also. I rushed to the doctor and he has taken out ECG, the report says everything is normal. From past one week the pain is still there and feeling like heavy on my chest. I'm so worried now. Please suggest what should be done?

Regards,
Uday

Is your job stressful. Stress could be the cause. The four things necessary for good health are proper diet, sleep, exercise and prayer and meditation. Prayer and meditation help to control stress.

If you have a primary care physician, I think you should be discussing this with him/her ... immediately. If you don't have one, get one. :-) There was a period when I exhibited all of the symptoms of cardiac problems, but ECG's and other tests disclosed no such thing. After a year visiting various specialists, it was determined I was suffering from a case of severe GURD and after taking Nexium, at high dosage, the symptoms disappeared. So, I say this because ... other things can mimmick cardiac problems. Best to get this checked out, soon. All the best.
