There are certain things that we all do everyday to make sure we keep our hearts healthy! yeah

What do you do?  Everyone pick a few things that you eat, take as medications - prescribed or OTC, exercises you do, or mind easing things that you do to help yourself!!

Let's all Share and Learn something that may help us!

Hello, Teri. I've been eating healthier, much healthier, keeping my calories and carbs under a certain limit, recommended by my diabetes nutritionist. My blood sugars have been normal in the morning for about 3 weeks now. I'm also TRYING to exercise at least 3 times a day. I'm way behind in that. I think whatever I do to help manage my diabetes has a positive effect on my heart, and vice versus!! Oh, and I take my medicine as prescribed, although I need to get into a better routine where I take my meds at the same time every day and eat at the same times.
