 Good Evening All:)

I hope all is pretty well with everyone.  It's been a while since I posted.  Crazy Crazy!!!  Alot of things going on at once here in MARYVILLE.  (HA HA)  Seriously work is pretty crazy and hectic these days.  Trying to get through everything with my head attached....but while at work I started having horrible right arm pain out of the blue.  I was feeling edgy needless to say.  Having had nitro in my purse for a couple of months, I decided to see if it was something with angina, could it help.  Low and behold the pain subsided and acted up again, took another nitro and started easing up again.  Fine for awhile and when I got home from work I had to take another nitro which relieved the creeping pain in my arm.  Was this a symthom of angina????  I'd appreciate any help here!!!!.   I see my cardio on Thursday, October 28.

Peace to you all and hi there TERI!!!

Hi Mary,

You may have right arm pain with angina.  There are other problems as well with those symptoms, so the best way to tell, is to go to your Dr. and have them run some tests!  When were any heart tests run on you?

The link below may give you so more info.

I hope you are okay!

Hugs, Teri tongue

Hi Mary. I don't experience agina, so I'm absolutely no help here. But I wondered if you shouldn't call your cardiologist anyway and let them know what is happening. The 28th is still 8 days away. It might ease your mind, too. Good luck! Huggers, Kathy

Hi Everyone:)
I appreciate your feedback TERI16 and Kathlyn1950. Thanks so much. I'm trying to avoid ER and waiting to see my doctor on the 28th. However, walking with my daughter after a crappy subway ride, there was a subway track fire. Everyone was rerouted and I had the strangest thing happen while I was walking. I felt alot of pressure, almost as if something was laying on top of my heart, honestly at that moment in time I felt lightheaded and dizzy, had to stop walking for a minute there. I actually thought I was going to pass out then and there on the street. Regrouped my thoughts and proceeded to work. I actually felt like my heart was full of blood and couldn't release it and it was going to explode. Strange Strange Strange. I am writing down the details. I will only go to ER if I have heart pain.
I will keep you updated. Thanks for letting me vent. Love you guys!! God Bless, take care and be well!!!!

Mary,

This could very well have been a Heart Attack!!  No one knows, unless you get checked out - perhaps at the very least you could call your Dr. and get in to see him ASAP!!

I can only tell you what I think, obviously I cannot make you go in - though I do hope you do!

Good Luck!!

Mary, please see your dr. I konw you don't know me very wel, but I care about you, and dont' want what happened to me to happen to you. I mistook my symptoms in Jan of 2004, which they called atypical, as something other than a heart attack, and as a result have heart damage. I went 4 days before finally going in to see the doctor.

I can understand not wanting to go to ER, it can be scary. Would you call your doctor's nurse and tell her what happened? This does not sound good. I don't want to scare you, but I'd rather err on the other side and have you get checked out, other than not say something.

Mary,

Please let us know how you are doing and what the Dr. has to say when you see him, or her!

tongue  Good Evening Everyone!!!!:)

I'm truly grateful for your thoughts and prayers.  Thanks so much.  I'm alive and kicking still.  I did see my cardio on 10/27/05.  My pressure is high again raised my altace from 5mg to 10mg.  I have to watch my diet better as my lipids went from 157 to 189 still decent, but my LDL went from below 70 to 89.  So not good.  My symthoms could be related to this.  Of course, even writing down my information, I still forget things, some major things I neglected to mention to him.  Oops!!!!! I will see him again in a month providing I don't have anymore problems.  I will call him ASAP if any other crazy things happen like last Friday.  Thanks again.  Take care.

Love, Peace and Happiness to All

    God Bless Us All!!!

    xoxoMARYME
