Okay so I'm worried that I have some kind of heart issue going on. I'm not having chest pains, just breathing issues. I feel like I need to take deep breaths a lot, shortness of breath mostly when walking or talking and I feel like I'm not breathing some. It's been going on for awhile now and I have been to the ER and they're saying its anxiety but I'm terrified that it's something major. My family has heart attacks and my brother has afib. The hospital has done EKGs, blood tests, X-ray and even did a ct with the dye and said everything is good and I'm healthy but I'm still having breathing problems. I'm taking Hydroxyzine for my anxiety but so far it isn't helping, they put me on a 25 mg but I broke it in half and took one half yesterday and the other today, should I try taking another half? Could I have a heart issue going on, or would those test show it. I'm suppose to go to get a heart ultrasound done sometime just to see if I have lung high blood pressure, pht I believe is the name, the doctor said it will come back normal most likely but they just want to rule that out any advice or thoughts

Maybe ask your doctor for a referral for a cardiologist, also have yourself checked for GERD, and other acid reflux problems! Have you had your thyroid checked?
