I've gotten them only occasionally. A 24 hour holter showed only 78 in 24 hours.
This was soon after my stents were put in. It went in for quite a while. Ultimately my Dr had me do another echo stress, and ANOTEHR cardiac catch, all came back normal, and my doc told me "I'm telling you you are fine, and you are going to be fine, I understand why you are so nervous, I get the same way, but you have to try to let it go and move on from this event.
From that point on, I haven't had any PVCs (at least none that I can feel or be aware of)
I'm not saying that this is in your head. I'm only giving you my experience. But the psyche CAN cause these. Maybe not in your case, but it's possible.
