Hello my name is Kenji and i'm 19 years old, I currently have GERD and breathing issues with chest pain and palpatations it all started last april been dealing with it for months everytime I come out of the shower or do some exercise I get rapid palpatations for some reason, before I did get an EKG and a Chest X-ray but they came out all normal, the doctors say its anxiety but i'm usually relaxed and stress free I have no idea what's going on, back in december I had a brief episode of AFib that's it. next month I have an appointment with a cardiologist to see if anything is wrong also please leave some helpful tips and insight please!

Ask for a 24, or 48 hour Holter monitor, or an event monitor. See if they can do an echo to put your mind at ease about the whole situation! I understand exactly what you're going through!
