Alright.. I been to the cardiologist a million times this year. So much so, I became good friends with an MA there. Well, I got the "okay" from my cardiologist but I feel like something is still wrong with me. Sometimes I feel my heart skipping a beat then the next beat is really wierd. It will almost feel like my left chest muscle is twitching but it's my heart..

Then come the pains.. Lately I've been getting these pains and aches in my heart area that come and go. I was diagnosed with acid reflux and bad irritation from the acid but I just don't feel like all that can cause what I feel. Also, sometimes that wierd heart beat makes my breathing mess up. Can anyone relate?!!!!

This is driving me freaking crazy man I'm only 22

If the cardiologist is saying your heart is fine, try to believe him..
I'm currently have the same problem with trying to believe mine..
I have health anxiety over my heart, and I knows it's rough.
You KNOW that something is up.

I have GERD and bad acid reflux, and noticed FINALLY that my skipped beats are definitely connected to the GERD/severe acid reflux.

I'd see if you could get in to see a gastroenterologist.
Maybe they can do an endoscopy to check things out.

They did and that's how I came to learn I have bad reflux and irritation in my esophagus. It just sucks because the pains come from the center of my chest towards the left a little EXACTLY where my heart is. This is so frustrating man...... And on top of the my left arm and sides of head be getting the chills sometimes and it freaks me out :(

bugger. any new meds? I get occipital neuralgia, look into it. nerve damage with arm and head? does the side of the face hurt? maybe a nerve pinched with ya arm and side. with the occipital neuralgia, common, cold frozen up from neck, stinging needles, goes around sides of head, pressure behind eyes, light sensitivity and malaise. and it hurts. ya ticker, no idea. will look around and see if I finds anything.
