Okay, I'm incredibly guilty, I ate almost an entire dark chocolate bar, ugh. That's all I've wanted for WEEKS.

After eating it, my heart rate sped up a bit and seemed to be pounding harder, which honestly I wasn't surprised.

What surprised me was it beating VERY fast for about 7 beats or so, then it was gone. And I had a few PVCs after.

I'm a little worried,
What could this of been?

I don't drink any caffeine, no tea, energy drinks, soda. Just had that chocolate.
