For the last two weeks or so, I started suffering
tissue/muscle pain, biceps upper muscles in both arms, 24/7

I have no exerted my arms, not done any exercises,
not lifted anything heavuy.

It not the typical angina
pain sensation, I usually have, this is different. I also suffer
from cardiomyopathy, LVF, systolic and diastolic heart failure,
Grade 1. ot on any meds.

Wondering if the muscles pain
in both arms could be related to reduce blood flow in the heart?

Thank you. idea

not sure about that. maybe some circulation issues? keep talkin' with ya doc. angina is a bugger, but be wary of any changes. do you use nitro? keep strong, let us know how you go.
