yep, anxiety. the solution is what best works for you. distraction is a great technique. some deep breaths prior. you get the pic. this is real common talking out in front-the excitement butterflies and all. I focus on a dot or pic on a wall when I do it. after a small bit it passes. check out the anxiety forum for resources as well. keep well and strong. remember, it passes quick.
