In the ER the other day w my fourth 'heart attack' this month the orders written on my discharge papers were : New patient visit with CVP er cardiac

what does this mean ? I'm so scared and having these terrible sx still.

All of a sudden I was diagnosed w tachycardia, then sinus node arrythmia, and angina. Then I had a period of 3 months where I suffered from an annoying but not too bothersome cough. After approx 3 mos of this cough I woke up unable to breathe so I went to the er where a partial lung collapse, small nodule, impaction if right lobe, fibrosis and osseous lesions in/of the lung were found. I had had a ct scan a year prior where lungs were clear. I have NEVER had a lung/breathing issue before.

And now it's getting much worse by the day.

also having kidney issues. My gfr function will go from 80 to 120 to 145 within a month (I've had a lot of bloodwork done)

I'm so sob I can ba rely walk now and my heart area turns blue when in cold water (I have pictures)

I was healthy a year ago. I'm only 30 I just don't understand this

my troponin levels were 0.40 last month, now there 0.10. My left side of heart is enlarged. I have terrible spasms/palpitations in my throat now and such difficult breathing which of course makes me extremely dizzy.

please any advice. also what is the cvp note?

catecholamingeric polymprphic ventricular tachycardia.

basically, a young persons condition, often bought on by increase in exercise or increased emotional states. it is inherited, basically ya got arrhythmias going haywire because of a missing protein. something like this. from what I have beta blockers help. when this cpv business gets going it sends adrenaline all over the the shop and ya go total tachy. this is what it sounds like. that's what I found. talk with a cardiologist for advice. try and not get too wound up. hope this helps.

yep. blood not pumpin' back in properly. I was put on dialysis after my double by pass as I went into inotropic heart failure. kidneys not working and causing blood pressure to play havoc. cvp and raf issues. off to the cardiologist I reckon. keep strong. sorry for stuffin' up, am a learner, really.

hey. thanks again for your response (:

They can diagnose cvd in the er without a catheter?

I see the cardiologist tomorrow. What should I bring/write down sx wise? I've had a lot of scans and bloodwork done recently so I have a lot of labs. A lot of drs won't take my symptoms seriously even w bad results due to age and crappy insurance so I really need to be aggressive as I feel my body dying.

What are the complications of cvd? Treatment? is surgery probable?

thanks again for your responses !
