I had similar palpitations for two weeks. I too had a full work up and it found nothing. He said the nuclear stress test was clear and that takes precedence, even though the 24 hour holter monitor showed lots of palps, not PVCs something else, don't remember exactly.
He said to just not worry about
it. They went away after a few weeks, after I had some other tests done that I was very worried about
that came back normal (not heart related)
Apparently it was anxiety related. If you had a full work up including an echocardiogram and stress test, I would listen to the dr and not worry about
it. Maybe get some anti anxiety meds.
