Is there any point in getting a stress test (or other heart tests) if other tests have come back relatively normal?

First echo showed EF 20-25%, but repeat echo (at a different facility) three days later showed EF about 50%

Lot of PVC (skipped heartbeats), one enlarged chamber of heart...but blood work, chest xray etc normal...

was referred to electrophysiologist ....also is there any point I stress test or will it most likely be normal too?

I still have short breath and exhaustion

PLEASE...anyone???
