High bp but having hard time getting bottom number down!

Anyone else have this issue, meds or no meds the bottom number doesn't like to budge. I don't know what to do about that. Anything work for anyone else?

The key is finding a dosage that works for the individual. More importantly, the medication needs to be taken every day at the same time as in when you get up. You cannot do a hit or miss with BP meds & expect it to get it under control. Not taking the medication properly & if it gets up high I would be deeply concerned about having a stroke rather than a heart attack.

agree with stray. i take em. another important factor is hydration, and i mean water. kidneys regulate bp. numbers get better with better intake, and keepin' stress down. take care.
