I am recently diagnosed with PVCs.. they have been happening for more than 6 months now. Went to cardiologist and everything is normal ekg, echo, etc..
My cardiologist prescribed me beta blockers but i'm afraid to take them. my main concern is that my PVCs mainly happens when i'm completely relaxed and calm mainly at night when i go to bed and in the middle of night if i wake up.. and it happens a lot on the day i work out.. i've read that workout helps with PVCs but in my case its opposite.. day before yesterday i brisk walked for 30 min and that night i had so many PVCs that it woke me up in just 2 hours after i went to bed and then couldnt sleep whole night because of them. do anyone get PVCs more when u workout?
