had my AVR surgery the middle of January - at 5 weeks post op, my asthma symptoms seem to have lessened significantly - haven't used my rescue inhaler in almost a week which is quite remarkable for this time of year when i spend more time indoors with the cats and dog, the air quality is crap, and i'm not getting my usual amount of exercise -

i'm wondering if it's due to the breathing exercises i've been doing - any thoughts ?
