HI All,
I am very interested on pomegranate juice's ability to help remove plaque from arteries. No matter where my research takes me, I just cannot find a good answer on the following questions:

1. Does a quality pomegranate juice from concentrate still have the same or close beneficial affects as non-concentrate? (the non-concentrate is ridiculously expensive.)

2. Does the pomegranate vitamin supplements (pill form) have the same ability to assist in removing plaque?

Thank you for your time

to tell ya the truth, i have not heard that this juice is good at removing plaque. fish oil is where it is at. what are you lipid / hdl / ldl numbers? welcome 2 the forum.

There are a number of posters on the internet that have such claims for pomegranate juice and removing plaque in arteries. (I know, I know; everything is truthful on the internet! smile ) I take a statin but as test studies are now coming out, a large statin dose is not necessarily super healthy.

Can you point me to some of the topics that promote fish oil as a plaque remover. The many that I found, few were very convincing. (of course the same can be said regarding pomegranate juice as well.!!)

Thanks for the reply!!!!!
