Hi everyone,

I am an extremely healthy 39 year old. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, and I only have one cup of coffee in the morning. I should also add that I am very athletic -- cross training 5 days a week. I get an echo done annually because I have 3 leaky valves (aortic, tricuspid & mitral). This past year, I have felt dizzy and lightheaded often, so I told my cardiologist about it after my annual echo a month ago. Recently I had a full blown palpitation while I was sitting down. It was so bad, I got dizzy and had to lie down after it stopped. Lately I have also been feeling my heart beat faster as well as feeling a sensation in my chest area. I wore a 24 hour holter last week, and the results came back as abnormal. My cardiologist wants to see me, but due to my schedule, I can't get in for 2 weeks, so I was hoping to get some clarity here.

Here are my results:

1. Predominant rhythm is sinus ranging from 48-136 bpm and averaging 72 bpm.
2. 11 isolated PACs & 3 episodes of ectopic atrial rhythm with the fastest a 3 beat run at 109 bpm and the longest a 7 beat run at 96 pbm.
3. Longest R-R interval was 1288 msec.

I have no idea what this stuff means, so any helpful information will be appreciated!

Thank you!
