My cardiologist has decided to send me for a Stress Echo, after a recent ER visit i had for a heaviness in my chest.
I'm relieved hes sending me, but terrified at the same time.. Im 26.. I just don't want anything to be wrong...

Id like some stress echo stories if anyone would like to share.

It's just a simple procedure where they measure your heart rate while you are on a treadmill. I've had a number of them done, nothing to worry about, never showed anything. Think about it "no one wants anything to be wrong."

Ditto to what Sharon has posted. I do these yearly except mine are chemical ones because I cannot do the treadmill. You will be fine.

Take care.
