For over a year now I’ve been suffering from dizzy/lightheadedness but never actually faint. I’ve seen a cardiologist who performed; stress echo, severs ekgs, holter monitor and all came back clear. I’ve had a Brain mri and again all clear.
But after doing research I came accorss pots Syndrome. When laying down my rhr is 60bpm and when standing it increases to 88bpm after 2 minutes of standing
What do you guys think ? Any body with similar experience?
I’m really scared and frustrated

The only dr that can dx Pots is a cardiologist. Your numbers are not that high, but I am not a dr either. You can ask to be seen again & have the tests done for POTS. Surfing the net is not a good place to try to dx yourself. I think your anxiety is kicking in & stressing you out.

Take care.

Is a tilt test the only test used to diagnose pots?

No, there are several other tests they do to check for POTS. I would get an appt with the cardiologist & discuss your concerns & see what he says. He is the expert if he thinks you warrant testing for pots I feel certain he will do so.

Take care.
