Today I have been given the results of a 24h holter. My cardiologist attributes everything to anxiety (Positive point for me, it means or so I understand, that what he has found in the holter is not dangerous). Although he wants to give me medication, an anti-arrhythmic .....

I have found double-sided ventricular extrasystoles with a predominant bigeminy, trigeminy, and non-sustained homogenous TV flap.

Supraventricular extrasystoles with bigeminies, trigeminies and tpsv flap.

In ventricular extrasystoles, I have a non substained ventricular tachycardia, and in supraventricular extrasystoles, I have had 9 supraventricular tachycardias ...

This can be from the lyme? I am afraid of having a cardiac arrest or a sudden death, although the doctor has told me that this can not happen, because they are benign ....

Has anyone had this too?

You need to relax and trust your cardiologists, your anxiety is getting the best of you.

It sounds like your anxiety may be getting the best of you. This forum has a lot of posts from people that are dealing with anxiety. They have testing done & like you were told, its the anxiety.

A cardiologist is not going to fabricate something to tell a patient. Think about it a minute, lying to a patient is not worth losing his license to practice medicine. If you had anything that was a concern you would have been told so.

Take a big sigh of relief & let it go, you are not going to go into cardiac arrest or anything.

We aren't medical professionals on this Forum, you really need to trust your cardiologist's diagnosis.

Just a thought & perhaps it will help settle your mind, you can always obtain a copy of your test & consult with another cardiologist for a 2nd opinion. I do hope that you followed his advice & got the medication. I have been dealing with heart issues since I was 28 & am now 64 & still kicking. I had a mild heart attack a few years ago & was very fortunate there was no damage. I understand I have issues but I don't let them rule me either. Life is too short to go down the what if path.

Take care.
