Hi Doobbiee and welcome to HealingWell. No one is a doctor here but we might be able to give you some advice through experience. First you need to see your doctor and it would be helpful to show these heart rate results and explain what you've been doing and experiencing.
I can tell you from experience that my heart rate while lying down and just before getting up from bed has been very low, in fact, low enough to make me feel faint. Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight and protect the heart and regular, sustained exercise like walking helps your health in many ways. I know that anxiety can cause some pressure in the chest because of muscles tightening. This happened to me and I did have heart tests. So, what I'm saying is you need to tell your doctor to be examined to rule problems out so you can feel better and continue the activity. Also, with the worries about the corona virus, this may also have effects on us that we don't realize.
Please contact your doctor and see what she/he suggests. And keep us updated!
