Hi all, has anybody heard about Chelation Therapy? I have been reading up a lot about it lately, all the books and information I have read have been written by Doctor's however the ADA won't give the go ahead for it, they say it doesn't work but all the studies say it does. I would be interested to hear how many people have heard about it or maybe even tried it. BTW it is claimed to clear the arteries of plaque? Hope everyone is doing well.

Garlic might be helpful!

You would need to crush it and eat several cloves a day for the best results, it's worth a try.

Also the effects of too much calcium in the body have been studied and too much can accumalate in the arteries if not utilised effectively. Dairy products are a culprit. It is also essential to have adequate magnesium to aid effective calcium storage. Grapefruit juice is valuable in the removal of excess build up of calcium in the body, but I don't know whether it works on the heart itself!

Good luck with what ever you decide to do
