Hi i'm marty from the uc forum i 've been having these symptoms for a while and wonder if any of you get similar. My neck and abdomen are visibly pulsing. I did think that they were spasms from the uc but i have noticed that they are going at the exact same rate as my pulse. Both sides of my neck are pulsing. I also have pains in my lower back and shoulders and arms and my feet are always cold. Could this be heart related. I am going for a catscan tomorrow and a small bowel series to get my bowel checked and was thinking about going straight to the ER because of these symptoms. My doctor fobbed me off by saying that they are panic/anxiety related but i'm like this all day now.Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

Hey Marty,  Welcome to the Cardio forum.  I was wondering if your seeing a cardiologist?  I have extremely low blood pressure and my feet, legs and hands are always cold and also tend to get blue colored due to lack of blood flow.  People also can have pain or discomfort in there neck due to heart related issues.  I often have the feeling of my neck muscles are being pulled or bruised, I dont know it is hard to explain and I have yet to really have an answer of where it is coming from.  I haven't seen a pulse in my neck or anywhere else but I have a pacer that keeps my heart regulated and have a week pulse anyway..... I hope that some of our other members who are much more experienced in this than I will come along to post a response to you.  In the mean time feel free to come visit us anytime.  Take care....
