Does anyone remember her?

I have been a regular reader of this forum but havent posted in a long time.  I notice LilacGal hasnt been on since Feb.

I wondered about LilacGal as she was having her fourth ablation and I wanted to know how she was doing.  I had my fourth ablation back in October as well so I would like to compare how she is doing to what I am feeling now.

Hi Jules :-)

I used to post here a long while ago too, and have carried on reading. How are you doing after your last ablation? I had my third a couple of weeks ago. It didn't work and they want to have another go next month. But I'm not so sure about that...has yours been successful? My last one was quite nasty and I'm starting to lose confidence in ablations. I wonder how Lil is, it would be nice to hear from her. Hope you're doing well.

Hello to all you 'new people' :-)

Hi Juliette.
My last ablation was back in October. I dont have runs of VT anymore. I was still get some pvcs that were annoying but I have learned that a lot of what happens with my heart is anxiety related. Also I have done a lot of reading on the benefits of taking magnesium for irregular heart rythms. I started taking it three weeks ago. It works!!! The irregular rythm is gone pretty much. Every few days I feel a minor skipped beat that last only seconds...that's it! :) I feel great. My energy level is back up. I read that doctors wont tell you about magnesium because most research out there is done by pharmaseutical companies and magnesium is a natural mineral therefore they dont promote it's benefits. Under the care of my cardiologist I am weaning off my beta blocker (Atenolol) Actually yesterday I totally forgot to take it and I felt great. I only realized this morning that I had forgotten yesterday.
Sorry to hear you are loosing confidence in ablations. My cardiologist used a new technique that worked. It's a balloon they inserted into my heart that works like a GPS and pins points EVERY spot that needs to be ablated. Let me find the name of the procedure and I will post it for you.
I tried emailing Liliacgal but her email address isnt working anymore. I hope she is ok.
