Apparently a new scientific study confirms that sunflower seeds (handful) contain 75% of the daily amount of vitamin e and folic acid. Read the link down below for the actual story.

I've seen similar reports to that, too. You should do a search for nuts as well, especially almonds, cashews etc. They have a lot of heart healthy fats and are an excellent source of minerals.
