Hi. A little over a week ago, I made the decision to cut out unhealthy foods and drink 2-3liters of water daily. Well, a couple of days ago, I started feeling a sharp sting near the middle right side of my chest. Whenever I scream or talk loudly, I feel that sting.
When I grasp the skin around that area, the pain dissapears.
I should also note that I started really noticing it while I was singing in a high pitch tone. Is there a sore vein or something in my chest ,or could it be a heart problem?
Thanks. sad

Hi reloxz,  I wanted to welcome you to Healing Well forum.  I am sorry I am a little slow answering posts today we have had terrible thunder storms all day and I usually unplug my computers for safety reasons.

Drinking more water is always a good idea.  I couldn't even begin to speculate what could be the cause of your pain.  Perhaps you should contact your physician and make an appointment to get it checked out.

Please do let us know how you make out...and maybe another member will post who has had a similar experience.  Take care
