Although I didn't have life threatening rhthem problems, I had pacs and Pvc often a while back, after 3-4 weeks of fish oil they had totally disappeared

Thought I'd give fish oil capsules a try... unfortunately for me, I had a couple of bad reactions (stomach upset), including a trip to ER, and here's why:

Sticking to whole fish works much better for me.

I would say or recommend/suggest before anyone takes over the counter supplements or changes their diet in any way they should consult their physician first and also perhaps see about seeking the advice of a dietitian.
