Back in march, went to the er because for 1 1/2 weeks I had shortness of breath. This particular day the short of breath feeling was worse and was having difficulty every time I moved. The doc said it was pulmonitis and gave me steriods. I had cardiac labs ck-mb, myoglobin, and one other, plus a troponin level which was only 1.1 at the time. My ekg showed a sinus arrhythmia with tachy episodes. I almost wonder if I had an MI? I recently had a holter and echo waiting results. Im seeing the cardiologist next monday, he hasnt seen these labs from my er visit cuz I didnt have them available. Any thoughts from anyone or anywhere that I can research this. Since that time I havent been the same. I also have hyperthyroid with heart rates up to 160's with walking up stairs and shortness of breath. My d-dimer was negative at the time and Bnp was also negative.
