eyes  please excuse my melodramatic post on this title post, really it was late and i was tired, i panic easily. after checking into a bit of info, i found my last blood work and my level of white blood cells has dropped since early this year by 800, so after rreading a post my dr. sent me about fish oil, i am going to stop taking it for a month and do the bllod count again. i was taking too much i think and it can lower your white blood cell count.

DG..it is sooooooo normal to panic and look more into things than we should.  Afterall, we are entitled.  I read recently that those who have been diagnosed with a life threatening illness (and they mentioned heart disease) it is normal to be alarmed at new health events.  It is called PTSD (post truamatic stress syndrome) and we re-live the trauma in so many ways.  I do this too.  Yes, get the CBC tested again next month after being off the fish oil.   Good Luck to you.
