is this a good supplement for high blood pressure

seems expensive but its all the ingredients ive been told to take all in one

Hey ttwarrior, Wow I don’t know...Perhaps if you’re really considering taking something like one of these you may want to run it by your physician first just to be sure that it is okay to take and it wont interfere with anything that you may be taking already.  A lot of these products have herbs and vitamins in them but what most people don’t know is that even taking vitamin supplements can be dangerous if not done with caution and especially in those of us who have heart conditions have to be really careful.

:-)  i agree with Elisha, the sad thing is your doc probably won't know jack about the product, just like me. If yu decide to try, start at a very low dose for a month.

I trying gynostermma (jiaogulan) its for high blood pressure, hormones and type 2 diabetes.
I only been on it a day or two its helped thus far.

You should look at Medline Plus, there is rating system for this herbs and supplements.
