I have been having a real problem with being really nervouse, and my heart is racing and thumping hard.  I had my Thyroid checked and it came out normal.  My stress echo came out normal...all my blood tests came out normal.  So what could be causing this nervousness?  Any suggestions???  I do have pvc's and this nervousness that I am experiencing is making my pvc's worse.  My friend who is into the more natural remedies told me to start taking Inositol and that will help me relax, anyone tried it?  Did it work?   Does anyone have any other ideas what might help me to relax?  Thanks everyone, glad I found this board.  :)

I don't know about Inositol. I take these supplements that has GABA in them. I have anxiety for specific situations, that I don't have to deal with much. So I can't really say ifd the stuff works.

Hi Bajoey, If you do indeed have PVC's than it is possible that the feeling your describing could be anxiety.  You shouldnt take any medication even if it is over the counter or herbal supplements until you speak to your physician regarding it.  There are many people who have PVC's and suffer with anxiety so perhaps if you make a doctor appointment and explain what is going on maybe they can give you something to help with this.  Please do let us know how it goes...
