  Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the results of an ekg.

How bad is an abnormal one ?

This is what mine says:

The patient had a normal sinus rhythm. ORS or QRS (can't see it well)

                             pattern in lead V1.

Poor R-wave progression.  Horizontal ST segment depression in leads

ll, lll, and a VF. Rule out ischemia.

Please can someone interpret this for me. ??????????????

Hi nicole, Welcome to healing well.  I am sorry that your having trouble with the results of your ekg.  Did your cardiologist not explain this to you?  These tests are all very technical and we are not physicians here and I would hate for someone to give you the wrong advice or diagnose you in anyway.  What I would suggest is for you to get ahold of your physician and try to get them to explain this to you.  My thoughts are with you...take care
