Hello dwine, thank you for posting this information.  I trust that you have read the forum rules and regulations before you have posted.  Regardless I am going to post to you the link to them anyhow so you may read them before you post again.  Let me assure you that most everyone of us who does have a heart disorder here are well aware of the scientic data regarding exercise and diet.  This forum is for mutual support of the members who do have heart disease to post and feel comfortable and safe to share like experiances so, if you have something you would like to share other then what you have written above you are more then welcome to post again.
