I ignore it mostly or do relaxation techniques or even go out for some vigorous exercise. My episodes use to last 2-6hrs probably fueled on by my anxiety. Since learning biofeedback and practicing relaxation, they are few and far between and last anywhere from 2 -20minutes. BIG DIFFERENCE! Like you, my heart is fine and I was opposed to taking powerful heart drugs at such a young age for nothing serious. I figured I might just need those drugs when I was older and did not want to build up a tolerance to them at my age. I don't even know if you can do such a thing but that was my thinking. Things are better now, but I always know that they can go back to the way things were before. I don't know what I'll do then. I'll just have to wait and see. Good Luck.
