High cholesterol levels and cardiovascular disease are health issues my family has been concerned with for some time now. I am a graduate student at West Virginia University, and I am doing research on how general physicians communicate to patients about nutrition. Please take a few minutes to click on the link and complete the survey. It consists of approximately 50 questions and should take about 7 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your time and effort.

Congratulations on your choice of research projects. That is a good choice.
Good luck with your studies.
